Cancellation policy

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The following cancellation policy applies: up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge; up to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the total price; thereafter: 100% of the total price. The date of receipt of the cancellation by the landlord is decisive.
