Helle Räume, eine moderne Ausstattung und die ruhige Lage am Rand des Burgwaldes bieten ideale Voraussetzungen für erholsame Tage in der Natur. Ob Sie entspannte Spaziergänge, Wandern, Joggen,  aktive Radtouren oder einfach eine Auszeit vom Alltag suchen – bei uns finden Sie den passenden Rückzugsort. Besonders wichtig ist uns eine persönliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung, damit Ihr Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich wird. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Wiesenfeld ist einer von 5 Ortsteilen am westlichen Rand des Burgwalds. Frankenberg liegt ca. 8 km nördlich und Marburg (Lahn) ca. 27 km südlich. Im Ort befindet sich ein Bahnhof der Burgwaldbahn. Es verkehren regelmäßig Züge Richtung Frankenberg und Marburg. In Frankenberg haben Sie unter anderem die Möglichkeiten, Skatepark, Tierpark, Minigolf oder Tennis zu spielen oder sich einfach im Frei- und Schwimmbad wohlzufühlen.

    Our holiday home is located in idyllic Wiesenfeld, a small district of the municipality of Burgwald in Northern Hesse – perfect for those seeking peace, nature, and true relaxation. Situated directly on the edge of the Burgwald forest, you'll find one of Hesse's largest contiguous forest landscapes. Numerous hiking and cycling trails begin practically at the doorstep and lead through dense forests, rolling hills, and diverse natural scenery. Whether you prefer leisurely strolls, challenging hikes, or simply fresh air – there's something for everyone. Wiesenfeld itself charms visitors with its historic village center, lovingly maintained half-timbered houses, and the impressive 13th-century Church of St. John. A multi-award-winning village, it is considered one of the most beautiful places in Germany and offers a particularly tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. The nearby town of Frankenberg, with its shops, restaurants, and leisure activities, is just a few minutes away. The university town of Marburg, with its historic old town, and the popular Edersee lake are also ideal destinations for varied day trips.
